Ulises Hernandez

Ulises Hernandez is a first-generation student and Finance major at DePaul University, with a minor in Accountancy. He is passionate about public finance, wealth building, and helping underserved communities navigate complex financial challenges. He is currently interning with the Civic Federation’s Finance Department, where he supports fund accounting, public budgeting, and nonprofit financial reporting.
