This report provides estimates of the full market value of real property in Cook County from 2007-2016 and shows how property value is spread among the City of Chicago, northern suburbs and southern suburbs.

According to the report, the full market value of real estate in Cook County was approximately $559.7 billion in tax assessment year 2016, the last year for which data are available. The 2016 full value estimate represents an increase of $30.8 billion, or 5.8%, from the 2015 estimated full value and also represents the fourth consecutive year that real estate values in Cook County increased.
